I.e. a woman who is "unwilling and able" has options... a man who is "willing and unable" doesn't. U hear such men complaining on places like Misc and here

A man cant just flip a switch and be "promiscuous" either, at least not as easily as women can. So I'm kind of confused as to what dude is trying to say (or what you are trying to glean from it).

That said, even as a man promiscuity gets tired and at some point will lead to an increase in a willingness to commit. I feel like the statement is ass backwards oversimplification
