i actually took my "i coulda swore it was berenstein" ass downstairs to find my old books. turns out, they was my sister's old books
seeing berenstein clicked more than berenstain

I just looked at some books from the nineties in my house and it's spelled berenstain

Coulda sworn it was berenstein or Bernstein

But one of the authors last name is berenstain so it must have always been spelled that way

I just don't remember that...but then again I was a kid the last time I really read or looked at these books like most people so faulty memories are to be expected
