I swear that's the battle I'm in RIGHT NOW.

My wife and I both grew up in the "hood", and both grew up wanting nothing more than to raise a family that was far removed from the families we grew up in, and the environments we come from, mentally just as importantly as physically and economically.

Long story short, we met, married, had a gang of children.. here we are.

The times we have moved, we moved specifically to places that were known for having excellent schools.

Our children have always gone to nice little schools, with teachers who actually gave a damn, and very little children with any type of behavioral problems.

My two oldest (twins) started middle school this year.

Now they are in classes where the teacher has to spend 40 - 50% of instructional time, trying to get some lil nikka that's fresh off half a black n mild, flaming hot Cheetos, sour gummy worms, and a strawberry Fanta, at 8:15am, to sit down and learn how to divide fractions.

I spent damn near half my day today on Zillow, breh.

The saddest thing about this is that you head exactly the kind of family that would easily uplift anywhere from 3-10 (depending on how many kids you have) black children who lack responsible parents or appropriate role models.

I can't criticize you for looking out for your family, and only wish you the best. I just hate that it has to be this way... what a terrible thing to have to do, choosing between your own children's future or helping to improve circumstances for the most vulnerable among us. .

I have a little cousin that's about 15 or so. I found out that he is ina full blown relationship with a woman my age! The woman has a daughter his age. They ride the bus to school together. She is disgusting to have to resort to fukking a baby. bytch is shaped like a pile of sand.

His mother knows, his grandmother knows. They don't care. The woman doesn't come around his fam like a typical gf but they are definitely fukking.

But the mom had her first kid at 13 or 14 and had 3 more after that first one, this 15 y.o being her last. Her mom got married and had her at 15. It's a generational curse.

What do you do in a situation like this? Do you make anonymous phone calls and feel terrible if the law decides to apply pressure or do you do nothing and hope that he is just infatuated bc it's probably his first piece of p*ssy?
