I'm going to do some thinking and post again in the thread. I think most of it still applies, but the social media part is more important than ever. Social media is essentially a tool that can be, and is used to completely demolish the human mind. It becomes increasingly clear whenever one takes a break from it and replaces their scrolling time with reading, movies, tv shows, exercise, and hanging out with friends in person. When youve taken a break and then hop back on you realize how very real human emotions are being turned into nothing but content.
