I cosign this, been doing this for the past 4 months or so (on a CUT at the moment...been hitting my protein figures for minimal Kcals via coffee/Tea ingestion) ... Although I never been a sugar sugar person to begin with... I'm an avid caffeine junkie ! it gets to a point where I need more blood in my cafffeine system these days
