This has never been an effective organizing strategy in my opinion. There's no direct pressure on the politicians in this scenario, the people are the victims of this disruption, not those in power.

Imagine trying to drive home after a long day and you got kids in the car, and you just tryna get to the house. Then you see this bullsh*t :stopitslime:

Or like this dude, trying to avoid going back inside :snoop:

So, did any of the media outlets, like, confirm dude's name and if he's actually on parole? as opposed to just being someone being agitated and upset?

Why does it matter if the media CONFIRMED his story
If said person is telling them that he is a PAROLE
That’s not something people will openly tell other people unless it’s a need to know basis
And if you’ve ever known somebody that got out/trying to change
You can tell in his sincerity that he wasn’t trying to go back to the bing
This form of protest isn’t even effective
Like somebody said in the twitter thread
Isn’t this causing more emissions to effect the ozone
Furthermore protesters of all forms need to start going to these politicians homes
Not a fukking interstate
One day somebody ain’t going to have the patience for this dumbshyt
And maximum overdrive
