Resistance 2 (co OP mode took weeks of my life)
Killzone 2
& guitar hero III

Most hours was by far World at War.

Then Madden 09, Arkham City, Saints Row 2, COD4, SVR09.

Skyrim & Fallout 3 got more burn from me last generation than any game I've ever picked up in any gen.

This is my answer, though Final Fantasy 7 would challenge those 2 for my all-time most played. I think I played FO3 more than Skyrim, but only because of all the problems Skyrim had. And I still haven't beaten that game.
