i opened it up did a deep cleaning.
i made one mistake, and that was not taking the game out before i took apart the bluray drive basically locking it up. Had to do a manual reset by taking the gear out of the bottom but that gave me a chance to see how to take the entire thing apart and also got rid of mad dust around the heat sinks and the bottom.
Runs like new, virtually silent
