I believe you have to blow the cartridge, put the game back in, hold the reset button and wiggle the game around a bit and release the reset button.

That or put the PS3 in a bowl of rice. That's the standard Coli answer right?

All jokes aside I hope you have luck getting that fixed. Looks crazy annoying and there's plenty of crack in the PS3 library.
