If you ever had a wired 360 controller its kinda the same thing. no battery pack and a smaller dpad makes it feel smaller as a whole but the width and the grip of it felt the same to me. Triggers were improved too - they curve a bit so your fingers rest on it betterI have big hands.
I routinely play with the Xbox 360 controller and consider it the greatest controller ever. I, 28 yrs old, am from the NES era, my favorite controller was actually the N64 controller.
When I play in NBA 2k competition's at work and with friends of the PS3 circle... I'm constantly aware of a controller in my hand as opposed to organically feeling like I'm just controlling the character on the screen. Honestly, after a few games, it becomes uncomfortable.
And let me not get started on how the Xbox controller feels so good for FPS...I mean, it's triggers make me feel like I'm shooting a gun.
I will see the new system's controllers, but unless they increased the size of the PS4 controller...
But I am a bit worried about the X1 controller, I think I remember hearing they made them smaller.![]()
whether the PS4 controller is better shouldn't mean much to Xbox heads cuz its not like the X1 controller sucks ass now and the DS4 wins by default. the X1 controller is basically the wired 360 controller with an improved dpad, and slight improvements to the other buttons.
