Sony has sent out invitations for this year's PlayStation E3 2015 press conference, revealing the date and time of Monday June 15 at 6 PM Pacific.

Once again, the PlayStation E3 conference will be held at the Los Angeles Memorial Sports Arena as it has the past few years. At this time, livestream details are unavailable.

Interestingly enough, the invite's background image pattern not only includes the PlayStation face buttons but also the number 2 or 20 if read with the O face button symbol, possibly alluding to PlayStation's 20th anniversary.

Of course, PlayStation's 20th anniversary of December 3, 2014 has passed, so the "2" could also be hinting at something else. A new PS4 version? A major sequel announcement? Then again, the original PlayStation launched in the west in 1995. Speculate in the comments below and look forward to PSU's E3 2015 coverag

a chance to win prizes, has revealed a promotion that runs from May 14th through June 10th. What’s interesting though is the prizes listed in the promotion. As you can see in the image below, the PS4 is listed as having a retail value of $349.99 while the Vita is listed as having a retail value of $89.00. So if the price cuts were to be announced at E3, that would be a $50 price cut for the PS4 and a $110 price cut for the Playstation Vita!

So is it possible that PS4 and Vita may receive a price cut by E3? I would say the Vita is long overdue while the PS4 could use one as well after losing April NPD to the Xbox One.
