I can say I never gave a fukk about party chat in the first place. Didn't bash the PS3 for not having it and didn't bash the Xbox for having it. I think what most Sony stans gonna be happy about here is that they can play Free to play games without paying for Plus. Does the Xbox One let you play Free to Play games without paying for Live?

Come on breh if you got the PS4 just to play free to play games.. you may as well not get the PS4.

Glad they upped the friends list limit but ain't no one gonna have 2000 friends. Party Chat should be free. It's essential to have and being behind a paywall would be greedy. Still not getting a PS4 yet since I got too many games to play on my 3.

Most people won't. But a lot of those people with popular Youtube channels like to add their users as friends. This allows them to add more.

I think Sony and MS should use twitter as an example on how to handle screen names. Twitter allows the one name that you select is your name. I.E. Jim, but you can change the pseudo name often as long as it's not taken i.e. My profile is Jim name ecthed in stone but my pseudo name is "Monster" in Feb and I decide to change it to "flesheater" in March all the while the name Jim sits just below any crazy name I decide to be on any giving day.

Just thinking about it, having a pseudo name will be good for gaming bets. If I loose a bet with someone on my friendlist I would have to change my pseudo name to what they like as long as its not profane.

That fact doesn't even make sense tho. Most guys may only have 4-5 friends regardless who they are or what they do. Real friends I mean, not just associates and people you know.

Don't know what was the point in stating that though. The increase in friends list is only convenient for folks who like to add cool random players they met online. There's also potential faction/clan features that some future games might have that would warrant a 200+ friends list.
