Ok, I thought you were saying it's like it used to be. It would just close out your game if you chose to go to Netflix and actually use it. Or maybe it was vice versa.

Got him and turned my ps4 and I was instantly playing my bloodborne 
So can you leave the game in the backround and start opening different apps and the game stays where it was?no, it just suspends it to the back ground, your game is still in tack

It's been like that. If someone is playing a game and then opens up Netflix for example, it'll suspend the game and when you go back to it, resume where you left it at.
What if you leave Netflix and open something else?
Does Netflix or the game close?
Does Netflix stay suspended when you go back to the game.
Does it work the same for all apps?
That's not the same as the suspend resume that was added in this update.

when will I be able to play my movies off my external harddrive?
So instead of replacing the internal hard drive, we can play off the USB or just backup games to the USB so that we don't have to re-download games anymore?
