well i only play madden 2k and call of dutyThere ARE media options on the 4 though. Not as much app options as the XB1 and not having the cable integration for sure. No denying that.
But shouldn't your primary purpose be the best videogame console first?
If the XB1 and PS4 were equivalent in power from a videogame performance standpoint, it'd be a no brainer to me. But they aren't. And most of the core apps are there on both systems which is what the overwhelming majority of people use.
If MS offered a standalone non videogame stripped down version of the XB1 with the apps and cable integration I would seriously consider it though.
But why are cats forgetting the Ratchet and Clank Reboot as well in this list in additon to Horizon and The Last Guardian.

The apps are there if you want them but they're not the focus...
Microsoft has you indoctrinated because you believe what they say about the apps. But that's partially hte reason it's a secondary system to core gamers, because xbox wanted to FOCUS on entertainment first, games second...
The Apps are like carrots to you, because you dont see the stick itself is weaker...
But to each his own... The whole point being is that the apps are not needed, I dont need to snap my broadcasts to my screen or see espn 24/7 i dont have cable anymore...
I watch tv by switching over with my remote and.......... watch tv...My next big purchase will be amazon fire tv....
But that's partially the main reason that conference at E3 was a fukking joke... all they talked about was the tv... NO ONE CARED...
