The sound is great on the Golds, but the game is too loud and I can't hear the chat over it. Whenever I turn up the volume hoping to make the chat louder then the game gets louder too. How the fukk do I turn up the chat without turning up the game sounds?
I think those options are actually in the bf4 game options menu.

Nah, I suck at FPS games. Is it worth the purchase?
Honestly, My only gripe with it is I don't find it being a 7.1 sorround system. I have a 5.1 system and maybe I'm just used to it. But If there's people behind you/infront, you will hear them though. And this thing comes LOADED with extra features. And the playstation companion app is excellent. I have spent $40 on a pair of skull candys w inline mic - and I only paid 20$ more for this. At regular price, $150 I would say buy the golds instead (for $100). Haven't personally tried Em but all the reviews seem the same. And your right these are BANGIN for music too. I don't see myself buying another headset unless these break
