This final quarter though, multiplat heaven. Getting Mafia 3, Watch Dogs 2, and FFXV (that 50 min. gameplay swayed me to cop). Hopefully none them are trash.

Xbox has always been aimed at producing only big franchises.

Sony funds titles knowing they won't be big sellers just to have that variety.

It's what I love about them. You think Microsoft would release a game like the last Guardian. fukk no.

Microsoft started the trend of downloadable games on consoles, which by their very nature aren't going to be blockbuster games.

Besides, The Last Guardian is essentially part of a franchise with Ico and Shadow of the Colossus.

Microsoft didn't make those games. Sure they allowed them and hats off but they aren't starting up studios to create indies. Sony is though. They even let their big studios create small indie in between the big releases. That's not going to happen with say 343.

And they've already let Sony take that lane over anyway.

And tlg was just an example. They started up a studio just to release a game like entwined. Microsoft isn't doing that
