he's saying it may be hopeful that more and/or higher quality content will be crossed over to the PC with next gen systems

They're mid level PCs but since everything is "optimized" for one set of hardware the performance is usually a little bit higher if I'm not just talking out my head

I don't think he was comparing it to a low end PC. I think he was saying as long as your not a member of the PC master race then the ps4 offers a lot of power for the price.

yep, he was saying that if you do have a low-end PC, that it would be better to get a ps4 than upgrade the PC. for the most part I don't agree. obviously it would depend on how low your low-end PC is in the first place. not too many people that even think about playing games on a PC have a computer that won't play Warframe. and if they do, they're probably not too interested in modern games anyway, and/or have had many opportunities to consider upgrading. basically it's an argument that would only appeal to a rather small crowd that is right now considering upgrading their old PC to play modern games

or as long as you don't have a midrange pc... Sucks either way. My hope was that with all that gddr5 memory that it would be comparable to a Titan laced pc.

:snoop: The GTX Titan GPU is easily over $1000 by itself while the next-gen consoles cost like $400. Of course a console's GPU isn't gonna be anywhere close in performance.to a Titan.

If someone says ps4 isn't as good as you think the initial response is well... Xbox one sucks.

Very true. As I said before you cant talk about PS4 without them bringing up X1. You cant talk about anything neg about PS4 without them bringing up X1. The only thing they will accept is unabashed praising of PS4 or Sony and outright bashing of X1, Anything else makes you a Xbot to them.

The GTX Titan GPU has 6GB of dedicated GDDR5 RAM for itself, while The PS4 has to share the 8GB of GDDR5 RAM between the CPU & a much GPU weaker Compared to the GTX Titan. The GGDR5 RAM in the GTX Titan has a clock speed of 6008 MHz, While the PS4's GDDR5 RAM has 5550 Mhz clock speed. The Memory bus of the GTX Titan is 384-bit, while the PS4's is 256 bit.

It's still a silly discussion to even have.

Weird science... Nah My hope for this obviously came from before you know all these specs. But honestly I'm good with a midrange pc. As long as I get my 1080p... Framerate stays up and good responsive 3d gaming.
