What's are the advantages of a Pro over a regular PS4?

Pro, assuming the developers have done the work on their end, allows for upscaled 4K Resolution vs a max 1080p on the reg PS4. PSVR is said to work slightly better well.

Good luck noticing even with 4k TV. A 4k TV was the biggest waste of money last year

You know I was feeling the same way, but I recently played Watch_Dogs 2 on a 1080p tv with the regular PS4, after playing through it with a PS4Pro/4k setup.... I noticed the difference immediately. For me, the Pro and 4K tv is one of those, "you don't know what you have until it's gone" situations.
