I hate the spinning that goes on... There was a huge blowout on how rumors had it that the xbox OS was unstable. Now the PS4 crap just looks bad and its like well we don't need much. Had it been good we'd be sprinkled with gifs of Cerny and that Japanese guy. Just admit it sucks and hopefully they'll work harder on getting it up to par. Its not too late to change I mean after all they kinda reneged on their DRM policies.

:laff: So Sony promised and agreed to implement DRM to us and now they refused?? :dead:
You and the nincompoop who dapped you need to go lay down somewhere and breathe.

Real talk, Xbox ones UI does look better than PS4s, but you really grasping for straws if UI is your argument as to why one gaming system is better than another. I mean, if they were equally powered machines capable of the same in game performance than little things like this would hold more weight, but as it stands that's just not the case. It's like bragging about the artwork on a skateboard that has only 3 wheels.

What do u mean by reneged on their DRM policies?..
As usual he doesnt quite know what hes speaking on

Its funny because I don't know all the intricate technical stuff. But I certainly did research about videogames in school. More importantly the effects of purchasing a license. What Sony has put in there new terms basically saying you don't own the game. You are purchasing the license and we own it. You can only sell it or share it if we allow you to. While they may allow you to sell it... One day they may not. I'm sure you all will try to spin this or say that's not what it means but if you do chances are its going over your head.

This.
The PS4 UI looks fast and snappy. Xbox One's UI is style over substance. I loved the PS3 XMB. That shyt was seriously a non factor to me when gaming. I mean as long as everything is fast and customizable I'm good.

Thing is, this has been this way in pretty much all software, as has been pointed out NUMEROUS times in this thread.

What YOU don't understand is that's NOT DRM..what u don't understand is that damn near EVERY form of media has those terms since prolly before u was even born depending on ur age..it's on the PS3..it's most likely on the XBOX and the Wii as well..

LOL You are ignorant and probably had to look the word up and you are still wrong.

Your license to use Software is a non-exclusive, non-transferrable license to use the Software for private use only on the applicable Authorized Systems (as indicated on the box for Disc-Based Software, in the product description for Software Downloads or otherwise notified by us to you from time to time) and only in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, India, Russia and Oceania.
- You must not use Software commercially, broadcast it, charge for its use or make other public performance of it without express permission from us and, if the publisher is another company, additionally from the publisher.
- You must not lease, rent, sublicense, publish, modify, adapt, or translate any portion of the Software.

What's more, the resale of a PlayStation 4 game is specifically forbidden by a special entry in the agreement.

Resale
- You must not resell either Disc-based Software or Software Downloads, unless expressly authorized by us and, if the publisher is another company, additionally by the publisher.

People use the entertainment options just as much if not more than they play games on these consoles.

A crappy OS/UI was why downloading/installing games was such a pain on ps3. The UI was the single reason I bought most multiplats on 360 this gen. Regardless of which game you are playing you still need to interact with the system. And if the interaction with that system sucks, it's gonna bring down your entire experience.

Being a "next gen" system is more than just a graphics upgrade. Everything should get better. If all you want is a better graphics card, go buy a PC

No form of media has gone out of their way to say that you can sell or trade their games as Sony has. The reason that's in there is so they can reserve the right to change it.

SPIN SPIN SPIN... What we've learned today is that their is an out for DRM of some sort for the PS4. My understanding by them saying you could trade and sell their game much like that lil commercial they had meant that it was the consumer's game. The commercial didn't say you can trade or sell then as long as we'll let you. In addition to that has made it clear that your communication and usage is not in the least bit private. Snitchbox number 2. Spin spin spin.

Son...stop acting like the ONLY thing that changed is the graphics card.. There's far more functionality and features included in this UI and system vs the ps3 so don't act like it's the same shyt..the Xbox UI looks better but to say that the PS4 only offers a higher graphics card is a lie..
