Come on man, Sony fans are like republicans, whatever the narrative is, you parrot it and repeat it. During the Xbox vs PS2, even though the OG Xbox was much more powerful than the PS2 than the PS4 is to the Xbox 1, all I heard is bububububu, the games are on PS2.
Now that the games are on the Xbox 1, it's all about the power now, people can't make up their minds.
Moreover, since we are at the point of diminishing returns. Do you really think the average person is going to complain with this on launch date?
Or This
You are truly fooling yourselves if you think most people will care. Most people here can't tell the difference between 2x, 4x, 8x AA or even what kind of AA a game is using, just like they can't tell if a game is 30 or 60 fps.
If you really want strong hardware, you'd join us on in the PC thread. PS4 Teraflops are 1.8? That's cool, but my card in my PC is 3.8 teraflops. All I'm trying to say is just play the games. CPUs are basically the same, bandwidths are the roughly the same and ram is good for caching so that works for streaming so there is a difference there. Complain about DRM, mandatory installs, 24 hours all you want, that's fine, but don't sit here and say that the difference between the two is going to be some epiphany like event, because it's not. If you think so, you need to brace yourselves for reality.
