I'll sum it up for you: The PS4 can barely handle 30fps and 1080p and so far all of the next-gen titles look like PS3 games.

Open world games like Infamous are ok at 30fps. A lot of stuff is going on, draw distance is something that a lot of other games don't have to worry about. Infamous looks great for what it is doing.
