I made the thread there though, gotta inform the folks over there .

They already had a thread on it. Still the Xbox should be asking you do you want this uploaded online as a public file before uploading anything. I've seen the Xbox caputre moments but looking at my clips I had no idea it was uploading developer initiated clips to the Internet. Dude might have been bsing and made that clip and now its a smiley online.
