You can only have yourself recorded by camera if you specifically set it to do so. So the vids with court in the Luigi had were recorded and uploaded by him. The vid clips are just that... They don't even have voice included unless you edit the videos. It gives you a whole walkthrough when you set it up and it's easy as hell to turn off.
