PS5 deleting games

Y'all ever have this problem where the Playstation deleted a game and is asking me to buy it again? I bought Robocop about a year ago, haven't played it in a few months and I went to go play it tonight and Sony is trying to get me to pay $60. What makes it worse, I only paid $20 for it. I'm on the same account and I even pulled up my email receipt to make sure I bought it and it wasn't tripping. The really odd thing is, the Robocop icon is on the start screen, but when i click it its asking me to buy it. Is there a way to get in contact Sony to figure out what's going on?

I downloaded this game, and this has always been my issue with downloaded games.

Try going into options and Restore Licenses. Hopefully that should do the trick.

I downloaded this game, and this has always been my issue with downloaded games.

Typically happens when you buy a game and then it gets dropped on PS+ or essentials or whatever and you download it (possibly stream also) it overwrites your purchase license for some odd reason... It's been a thing since release and I guess it'll be a thing the rest of the generation also.

If I recall RoboCop was added like earlier this year, so if you went to stream it or reinstall it or you share an account and someone else installed that version... rip.

Contact Sony lol. Like breh above said if it's not showing a version to download when you click the ellipsis then contact Sony to see what's going on.

I bought it originally on amazon for like 30bucks for the ps4. There's a ps5 upgrade but it's apparently locked. Tried to make me buy it for 23 so I put the disk in and it copied it.

You just play PS4 version on PS5 but not upgrade PS5 version. It goes to download and copy it for PS4 version on PS5.
