Pretty easy, you just follow the instructions but it depends what firmware you’re on and what hardware you have, I believe.

I don't have the time to play the games I buy now. 20 year old me would be ecstatic. Now? That's cool for those who rock in that scene. Last Xbox that I got modded was the 360. PS3 for Sony and Wii U for Nintendo. Sure, my vita and 3ds are too but it's been years since I've touched those things.

Portables are really the best ones to mod, so when you hit the airport or on a road trip, you can playthrough Pokemon, super Mario world, Chrono trigger or something. Modding console kind of whatever

Get a MacBook and install openemu. Better yet get a steam device and install whatever you want.
