It's my first time pre-ordering, and I honestly did it because I could. Never had a console on or around release day because I was a kid. Was in college when the PS4 dropped. Being able to cop my first system and throw away my money is damn near a rite of passage that the kid in me has to experience at least once. If not for that, I would have passed with the launch lineup being so meh and the rollout to preorders being botched.
