This is a good subject to think about tho. I dont wanna be white-influenced and dismiss all the hood-ish names these single mothers be comin up with..but some of them really sound ridiculous. But some names from other cultures sound ridiculous as well...whos to say this isnt the start of our own naming paradigm that lasts for centuries?

If it's from a different language then it's a totally different thing
For example: If you tell any Haitian or Guadeloupean or Martiniquais that your name is "Sharron" you'll notice they'll look at you kinda funny. Thats because Sharron is pronounced same way as "charongn" which means filth or funk.
