Merc, nobody really. I thought I was my boss ace. Now I see he hired someone else and he is teaching her my role. All the projects are going to her. Funny thing is my boss who is the owner of the firm comes to me for research and advice on certain issues. Like I legit solve problems that he should be solving on his own.
Maybe this is a sign for me to go on my own. I can do everything that is below and above my title.
