The problem is that ALL online games for the PS4, XBOX One, and Wii U have to go through a centralized system...which is why its easy for these groups to take them down.

Further proving my stance that console gamers are paying more for less yet again. It truly is pathetic when you think about it.

If Blizzard gets attacked...I can hop on Battlefield, COD, whatever...my whole gaming system is not rendered to an offline only state.

This doesn't affect me in one bit. If xbox live gets knocked offline I don't care, but if I did I'll just jump on my ps4 and vis versa. I got a wii U too. I can play on anything. Except on the pc cuz the games are broken
