Wu-Tang Trounces them both. PE has incredible production value though. But Chuck D can't rap like that. Flav was the first live crackhead we rooted for but ODB blew his ass out the water. NWA had 1 album then their hottest member stepped off. Plus, PE & NWA both are tied to the times.

EPMD & ATCQ are better than both these groups as well.

Anyway, P.E. had and social impacted beyond comparison, till this day their message is still relevant.
NWA, was destructive. They spoke a lot of truth, but it was very negative.
