People clowned me for it. But this is why I wasnt impressed with the win against Jacksonville.
Lovie was still afraid to let Jameis throw on a bad defense and put the game away and also his defense allowed for them to get back in that game.
The same thing happened here. Didnt let Jameis put them away or make plays until he absolutely needed him (besides not letting him throw at the goal line) and defense collapsed again.
Bad habits from the coaching staff caught up with the team today.

Calling Lovie a glorified defensive coordinator is complimentary. His defense with the rams slipped after his 1st year. It slipped after ron rivera left. It became good again once rod marinelli took over. Him being a defensive guru is the biggest myth next to him being a good HC.

Dumb move to kick that fg on 4th and goal. Whenever youre that close and can make it a 2 possession game, you go for it. In this era of offense-heavy football, coaches trust their derenses too much
