Muthafukka, you said up until the revolution, which happened under Batista.

Also, there was no "before batista" he was among the first and last presidents of a fully independant cuba.

(Edited : there was 2 who rules briefly, after a fact check)
Before his election, Cuba was under official occupation from the united states for decades.

Just ask me if you dont know things, ill teach you. No shame in that :heh:
I should have clarified. I'm referring to a June edition of Bloomberg magazine that discussed PR's debt crisis and went into history of Cuba and PR before any "democratic" transition in cuba. I'm talking turn of the 20th century times.

Not the communists.

At that point, as I just said, it was occupied by America and a defacto colony...

got a call for three nines

I'm waiting for you to make your point?

Cuba was never a state, it wasn't even tabled as it was nearly the case with DR which narrowly missed becoming one. Your argument is lazy. You've essentially said nothing. I'm point that out. There are better examples in the Caribbean than Cuba even! Do you understand?

I didn't say Cuba was a state. I said that PR and Cuba were the test beds of Americanism and Cuba was winning on all fronts until they isolated themselves.
