Man, all ima say is that the world lost potential groundbreaking flow(s) from the rap genre when BIG died. If he lived for even 1 more year, the rap game would be totally different today.

Its clearly a BIG reference verse when you listen to the lyrics as dude pointed out. As for it being his last recording, that’s very possible unless someone knows otherwise for certain.

I always wondered what Puff's debut would have sounded like had BIG not been shot. Puff already released Can't Nobody Hold Me Down before BIG passed. I think BIG would have embraced Shiny Suit Era, but I also wonder whether Puff's debut is more akin to Victory & Young G's than some of the filler.
That video was the most expensive rap video ever made for it's time and was like a Simpson and Bruckheimer action movie flick/
Diddy played that trend out in the 90s of rap videos being like movies...
