The original title to Puff's No Way Out album was supposed to be A Hell Up In Harlem till Big passed. All I've heard from the 90's till now is Puff was born in Harlem & moved with his mother when he was in elementary school to Mt Vernon. I've never heard anything otherwise till now. What makes you think he wasn't born there? You think he's lying?
