even if you took his spot, try to smooth over the situation, no reason to argue over that. cop needs to be trained in conflict resolution.

no, the cop was turning in and halted to let the pedestrian walk by. cheddaman was at the pump and tried to take away the officers right of way.

cheddaman escalated the shyt.
to the confrontation, where he was in the wrong.
to going back to his car to pull out the gun.

an argument can be made that the officer shouldn’t have shot him because he was walking away.
