I know Byrne was white. They showed his pic in the article itself. I'm not sure about Sinclair [alleged to be aggressor]

To me all this could have been avoided if homie just stayed in the fukking car like his girl pleaded with him to do. I cut people off all the time. I get cut off all the time. What's there to get heated over and start shooting? What's there to get heated enough to even need to get out the car? At worst i'll fukking hunk my horn and give the cat a middle finger and go on about my business. Mofo had time to cool off all the way up until the next light and still hopped out the car guns blazing.

From another news source. Both confirmed Byrne just waited for the BMW to catch up to him at the next light

A person who was talking to Byrne on the phone at the time said Byrne waited for the BMW to pull up to the light so he could apologize.

At the light, 22-year-old Andre Sinclair, who was in the passenger seat, got out of the car with a gun.

Sinclair’s girlfriend, who was driving, told police she tried to hold him back. The couple’s infant child was in the backseat.

As Sinclair approached the truck, Byrne said, “my bad.” That’s when Sinclair began shooting, according to police. “I think I’ve been shot,” Byrne told his friend on the phone.

Byrne, who also had a gun, fired back in self-defense. Byrne was struck in the chest and died in his truck. Sinclair, who was shot multiple times, was taken to Broward Health Medical Center where later died

Based on the video in below article (different source), Byrne was white. He never made it out the truck. Died on the scene. Sinclair was black.

They are hinging this story on him supposedly being heard saying "my bad" on the phone when he obviously was talking shyt to the black guy back and forth road raging with eachother and said "my bad" to his friend on the phone NOT the other driver. You say my bad because you werent listening to the conversation on the phone. They were both on bullshyt and both got shot and died.

Light is green but you hold up traffic to wait for the person you cut off to say sorry when everyone universally recognizes the
