I love TDE to death, well ..used to back in the day...

Q and Ab-soul (and then zay)were my favorite and most they shyt is Depression and drugs...and sHoolboy Q... straight DEATH and ignorant shyt...but its entertaining tho
CrasH Talk was pretty introspective. And the depression is the reality side of the game IMO.

Its always fascinating to watch the pushback when someone speaks about the presence of demonic influence.

I’m not even religious like that but it’s got to the point where people (as you can see on the front page) think they’re super smart for pushing back against any critique of Rap.

Didn't read the thread but I'm sure over half of the posts are attacking him and going at him, lol. He's pointing out indisputable facts...but yeah, he'll be attacked for it because he's saying something about it. Probably get attacked about random ish too just to get at him, lol.

If you let someone who hasn't been brainwashed to the point of numbness by 'murder, death, kill, money money bytches savage demon' energy...listen to and watch Rap, generally speaking...and ask them to tell you whether they think it's "angelic" energy or "demonic" energy what you think the answer will be?

And that's just the "in front of" the scenes stuff...imagine what its like behind the scenes in them buildings and meeting, yikes.

I mean, "demon time" is a phrase folks use casually now these days....

Is this nikka a cluck?

If he is.

It disqualifies anything he ever says.

hip hop is a conduit for dark things if used the wrong way

You cant repeat words over and iver without them taking over. Rap about drugs, murder, death, narcissism and see how ya life turns out.

Anyone whos done music knows theres some truth to this.

Read ya bible and youll see its in there as well.

Anti religious people dont understand, but theres a reason people donate their entire existance to these words written in a book.

Grown adults believing in demons and nonsense should receive pushback. It's no different than believing in astrology: corny.

The US often has moral panics during times of social change. In the 60s-90s it was almost entirely about rock and metal music. I'd argue the "devil" shyt in hip hop is ten times lazier today than anything those other genres did at the time. It's just marketing and bullshyt. Whereas in the 70s, Robert Plant was really corresponding with Aleister Crowley and participating in rituals. Ozzy Osbourne did the same. VS some rapper lazily throwing some devil aesthetics in a video today and scaring layman in order to generate engagement/clicks/views. Who cares.
