I'm skeptical over this because listen.. WWE values mainstream media attention over anything. The Rock gave them all kinds of media attention. They are hoping Batista can do the same; he's been in a couple movies already and is going to be Drax in the Guardians Marvel film which is a pretty good role.. and that movie could end up being a big box office success.

CM Punk hasn't done much outside of wrestling so while I could see him coming back in a Jericho role, I doubt they would just hand him a main event spot at WrestleMania.
