Push: Sami Zayn - Dude is charismatic, funny and likeable. One of the rare people who can make almost anything work. Is great in the ring too.
Bury: Charlotte - She needs to be humbled.
Release: Karrion Kross - There's absolutely nothing interesting about him. He sounds constipated when talking. And he's nothing special inside the ring. This dude has no value.

Why those?

I'd push Apollo because he has tons of upside and while his accent is terrible, this current gimmick shows that dude has personality and can grow as a "sports entertainer".

I'd release Cesaro because, for as talented as he is, he really doesn't fit the WWE mold and would probably do better elsewhere.

I'd bury KO because:

Oh, it was just outta them?

This is tough because I like all 3.

Push: Kevin Owens - Good all around. Face/Heel doesn't matter. He can talk. He can fight. He's got intensity.
Bury: Apollo - Another good worker, but that accent has gotta go. I'd have to bury him for a while then repackage him.
Release: Cesaro - I'd let him go so he can flourish elsewhere.

naw, I just thought of three wrestlers that seem to be “upper mid card” who seem to be kinda in the same place.

Push: Apollo Crews - He’s the freshest of the bunch because he’s had the least opportunities but he’s also better at playing a character and that has more upside. I’d push him and really go all the way with the gimmick, before turning him face to challenge the Tribal Chief.
Bury: Cesaro - He’s had a few chances in the sun but it’s never worked out for whatever reason. He can make others look good so burial it is
Release: Kevin Owens - I’m almost positive he’s out the door soon anyway so why not just send him on his way now.
