If it wasn’t for Kanye, Push wouldn’t have a career past the Clipse.
Yeah And if it wasn’t for weezy, drake wouldn’t have a career past replacement girl.

If it wasn’t for baby, weezy wouldn’t have the platform he did, to get in a position to put a drake on in the first place.

You really wanna go down this road? Cause it’s a two way street. The point you are trying to make applies to drake more than ten fold

your failure to understand my premise makes no sense

Pusha T hands down is a better MC than Drake I've said this many times

His bars are insane ...I bump "if you know you know" all the time

But falls short as an all around artist...especially with his limited subject matter

If this was a Smack.Battle.or.Park cipher

Then.it.can be a TRUE VICTORY

But in a business dictated by sales and market share

Pusha would have to JARULE drakes career

And that hasn't happened

I'm.sorry but I'm not an idealistic bboy

I deal.with reality

I remember KRS ONE murdering MC SHAN career

I remember LL.COOL.J bodying MOE DEE career

That's REAL.SHYT

Bruh it's impossible to end Drake's career. Puffy, Jay-Z and many other would have loved to make it happen if that was the case.

In THIS battle tho, Drake lost. hard. Anything else is changing the narrative.

For all of the shyt talking Drake was doing, for him to go silent... he lost. Nothing else needs to be said. He can go on and still sell millions of records. He's Drake. He didn't lose anything on the pop side. But as a RAPPER... well.... :francis:

Except Pusha has had a pretty successful and lucrative rap career in his own right. And has even made moves outside of hip hop

As successful as Drake? Nah that’s not his lane. But he excells at his craft, has the recognition of his peers within the community and is more than likely living better than not only most dudes on this site but in the country period.

Not to mention I imagine Pusha has something that Drake craves, that being the respect of his peers. It's gotta fukk with Drake knowing that folks only respect him as much as what he can do for them via the machine backing him. It's fake love to the core despite all of the "success."

We only got one side of the elevator story and Pusha T was the aggressor in his beef with cashmoney so the onus was on him to keep that same energy. Baby heart checked him, based on Pusha's story and he did not want any smoke that day.

Your interpretation is all wrong. Baby didn't heart check him. Baby was just asking him if it's just music or something else. They're both staying in the same fancy hotel and neither side wanted any problems. They're just making sure nothing is gonna pop off. Everything was cool so they went their seperate ways like grown men.

I know the coli always has to hand someone an L but no one lost here. Don't take this rap beef so seriously acting like it's always on sight. They've been around too long to to do something stupid.

Huh? Fam. Everything dude u quoted said is undeniable facts. I mean how can u sit here and dispute it? Lol

It's not the same.

Push already had a career before Kanye.

He made many attempts at hip hop success and was not very successful.

Respected but not successful.

Signing with Kanye sparked a minor career resurgence.

That's what i'm talking about, and no i'm not about to let you cheerleaders drag me into a pointless side argument.

I’m going off exactly what you posted breh.

And before this beef, nobody was really checking for either.

If it wasn’t for Kanye, Push wouldn’t have a career past the Clipse.

If it wasn’t for J Prince and Wayne, Drake May not have had a career

If it wasn’t for Jay and Dame, Kanye wouldn’t have had a career

And?

Honestly you’ve been the main one doing the cheerleading
