Yes, in 2019. Confirmed by the man himself this week. There is a thread about it here. Fully produced by Kanye. Already 8 tracks in.

Still wouldn't be King Push for several reasons
1. If we're going by what Push was saying in all those interviews Daytona IS king push.
2. If we go by common sense and logic...Push said he had like 20 records from various producers and that Ye scrapped it and they started from scratch to do Daytona. A new all YE album would not be King Push.
3. We had multiple songs released several years ago that were said to be on King Push
