ATL, but rasied in DMV
The only fish filet I was enjoying in 2003, was the Big Fish at BK, not the small ones they serve today. I don't know why Mc D's never made a Big version of their fish filets, since they still taste better when they're fresh. They just don't fill you up, not even the double fish filet, if they still sell them.

There's a misconception that Steve stout started when he said pusha wrote the I love it jingle bc there was an old commerical that had him rapping and saying I'm loving it

But McDonald's had a several ad companies compete, a German one won and actually came up with the Im loving it phrase and they were using it in German ads way before.

McDonald's(R) Unveils 'i'm lovin' it(TM)' Worldwide Brand Campaign

Idk why he kept the lie going tbh
How come your link does not disprove Pusha T creating I'm Lovin It...

Bro this is straight from pushas mouth

Steve Stoute brought us the whole McDonald’s jingle. When he brought it, he gave us the ‘I’m Lovin’ It’ tag-line. We basically just wrote to that,”

Also from my link

The first McDonald's worldwide campaign ever produced outside the U.S.,
"i'm lovin' it" is the culmination of a breakthrough "competition of ideas"
held in February among McDonald's top international advertising agencies to
spark a new brand attitude and direction. It was created by Heye & Partner, a
longtime McDonald's agency based in Unterhaching, Germany, near Munich, and a
member of the DDB Worldwide Communications Group, Inc.
"We challenged our agency partners to put aside everything they knew about
us and come up with fresh, original thinking, all of it with today's customers
in mind," said Light. "'i'm lovin' it' represents the best of what we felt
were a number of outstanding ideas, many of which will be incorporated into
future marketing programs."

It seems you're both right... I'm loving it was already there. But that's just a phrase and slogan. Like Nike has Just Do It.. There's no music attached or signature sound

The music and signature sound come from the song Pusha was on. So in a way he can "bend" the truth by saying he helped create that portion and be truthful. But it would be false to say he created the phrase "I'm loving it"

Hearing the story of the production though. I'd say Pharrell has the most to do with it. Because you remember the melody and badabumbumbum more than anything.

But he has 0 to do with that. If anything, that means Pharrell should be the only claiming that. Pusha's contribution in the grand scheme of it all, wasn't that important to the phrase/marketing. Especially when JT was their actual big push.

The most he could say is that he was entitled royalties for being on a commerical that constantly aired. He been going around saying he was solely responsible for the phrase and jingle.

Not mad at the lie for marketing though.

That's what I said tho... That's why it's a bend of the truth to word it on some "I helped" type shyt. If you on the track, you helped the track right? You gotta stretch shyt out for PR

EDIT: Didn't know he was saying he was solely responsible

EDIT: Didn't know he was saying he was solely responsible

Yeah, he makes it sound like it was all him. Would be entirely different if he said he helped make it or helped to make it popular

But yeah, this song and ad is hilarious. I saw somebody saying McDonald's should hit back w/ "but you know who has the best coke..."
