I think OP is totally reaching with the Pusha being an informant shyt.

But, now we have a better idea of why Malice totally flipped the script. His man's was telling, and he didn't want his name to come up in anything. He had to get away from that lifestyle completely. Safe to assume Pusha wasn't in the mix as much as Malice was.

And that's no shot at Pusha either.

The clipse manger was a well known dea infroment. That bragged about he can't be touched as long as he does not get caught doing hand to hand. Now the dea said fukk him Because he was getting to big so they stopped him and locked Him up. Now pusha t agreed that he would be an goverment informant if both him and his brother get a free pass. Malice went to god and pusha went to good music to get closer to big names.

You don't get away from the DEA jus tbecause you become Christian. Them cats is old school hustlers, but they been out the game cause they got real money off of music. The manager however still had one foot very much in and got caught up. They probably knew what he was doing but let him cook and kept their distance.
