In terms of lyrical ability and wordplay, Push is easily top 50. I can get if his music doesn't move you or feel impactful to you, but his skills are how he's lasted so long

NAH

HE WOULD HAVE BEEN FORGOTTEN
A LONG TIME AGO IF
HE DIDNT GET THE KANYE CONNECTION
IN THE 2ND PART OF HIS CAREER.

NOTHING ABOUT HIS SKILLS SEPARATE
HIM FROM DUDES LIKE SLAUGHTERHOUSE.

If Mase never retired and signed to the Roc when Cam and all them came and dropped 2 albums, would anyone give a shyt about Push?

slaughterhouse isn't a monolith. Royce was the best MC in the group and he and push are both Elite lyricists. just say they aren't your cup of tea

Jim’s coming from an impact POV, on some “these are the 50 greatest rappers that mattered the most” type shyt…and I can easily make that list without even considering Push …there’s a lot of “nice” rappers out there…Ransom is nice, T-Rock from HCP is nice…50 greatest though?

You can tell the story of Hip Hop fairly easily, without mentioning Pusha T
Who is T Rock and what is HCP?

Whoa whoa whoa. Spitta is an underground legend and has been a heavy influence on the game. Can't put him in the same sentence as Slaughterhouse in the slightest. I wouldn't agree with the Pusha shyt either. Pusha has actually had mainstream success and critical acclaim. He ain't Slaughterhouse. Lol
