If I had a personal top 50 (which I don’t) I would definitely put Pusha on that list just off being one of my favorite lyricists ever. Pusha rarely spits a wack verse and most will say that his subject matter is lacking but he still finds ways to come up with creative drug bars and references after 20+ years in the game.
His pen game is definitely elite….I wouldn’t put him any higher than 40 though.

Jim jones had a much bigger impact on hip hop than pusha and if I had to line up Jimmy solo albums vs pusha, Jimmy might take it.
