This can't be the same Jim Jones whining about the Gucci store not allowing him and his people to shop

The irrelevancy is too high! 🤣

Clipse been darlings with hipster complex/pitchfork journalist types since their 2nd and 3rd albums which extended to push after he linked with Kanye when those same hipster journo types were acting like Ye was some kind of messianic genius level artise before he went full retard…So there’s a disconnect between them that treat Daytona like some kind of Chronic-level super classic…and the rest of the hip hop populace that treats it like the 18 minute long collection of song skippets that was forgotten two weeks after it dropped

It wasn't forgotten two weeks after it dropped that's cap

Jada as a rapper has been more popular and influential. cant just rate solo discogs. has Push even been on a huge Ye hit? seriously asking because I stopped following after Clipse.

Jada has been a part of some huge songs hit-wise or culture wise. Benjamins, Jenny from the Block, Resevoir Dogs, New York, nikkas Done Started Somethin, 24 hours to Live, etc...Jada solo discog not great, will give you that, but why Push gotta be 29? yall think he that much better than Slick Rick in ANY way? Too Short is better. I just dont understand the criteria I guess. he's not better than Twista in anyway. to have him ahead of Chuck D and Busta, is super-laughable. Jeezy is better. Nelly is better. I mean I may give Push a nod over Meek. but he dont have no Dreams and Nightmares.
Jada's discography is great

That’s like saying Grindin had impact or Let Me Love You had impact :camby:

Name me one era when Jada was clearly the top MC and had a chokehold on the game? In fact name an era when the Lox were dominating as a group? G-Unit had their run, Wu had their run - even Dip-Set had their run….when was the Lox era?

Even a group like Mobb who while never dominating, made an impact in that they created a sound that pretty much the whole of QB latched onto - what’s the Lox legacy as a group other than mixtapes, which to add G-Unit and Dip-Set were doing better in the Lox’s hey day :jbhmm:

The lox sold more records then dip set

You know everyone in here discussing Pusha which is understandable but I haven't seen anyone discuss how much Jim is gargling Drake's nuts.

Now NBA YoungBoy is better come the fukk on does he really want smoke?

Jim smacks kufi’s in real life. So I don’t think he’s worried about a lyrical rebuttal. I’m sure Gibbs thought the same.

It is only on this site is were I hear people shyt on Jada's discography like that

Rephrase: his discography is great as a whole maybe but no one considers any of his solo albums great. Solid but not great. Push ENTIRE discography is solid but not great.
