Yes Hillary supported the crime bill, yes Hillary has been wishy washy on full marijuana decriminalization, yes she took private prison donations up until recently, but Democratic leadership is by far the best bet towards getting real reform in the justice system compared to the alternative, and as I don't consider Clinton as devilish as most, I don't blame Pusha for his decision, and can definitely see some semblance of progress (as long as its done hand in hand with local and state elections) under a Clinton administration.

Pusha T is officially #WithHer. The VA native announced Friday that he’s backing Hillary Clinton, and did so with the release of a special edition tee-shirt for his clothing line, Play Cloths.
Referencing Hillary’s infamous “Delete Your Account” tweet to Donald Trump, the shirts also feature the hashtag #ImWithHer on the back. All $32 of the cost of the shirt will go to Reimagine Justice, which is “a coalition committed to fund prison reform and post-incarceration rehabilitation.”
“I’m totally endorsing democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton,” Push said in a post on Instagram. “[This is] a call to recognize what is at stake with Donald Trump as the Republican Party nominee, the importance of voting, and registering others to vote in this election.”
