Hmm...interesting question. Technically his flow is 9.5/10 and that half a point is because I can't recall him ever doing a super speedy flow. However, he raps to the beat and his cadence is unique with him. All of his bars are BARS, which is impressive because he only ever raps about one thing. But ranking him against other rappers, all i can say is that he's under 2 Chainz and above Big Sean. 
top 10 for me i put him slighty above gibbs. ironically gibbs called him out this beef is getting hot
