I'm trying to drop weight and body fat. Once I get to under 200 i'm gonna try and just get cut.

Right now i'm working on my core, so I'll be able to work out more frequently.
Dropping 15 pounds in a month is no joke so you def on track to get your goal by April

Keep it up fam

20 min:damn:

They've done studies on this...if your drive is more than 15 min for the gym, most folks give up. I'm glad I live in the city. Gyms are everywhere.

it's more or less the same except that you seem to be only training your upper body. but you're right, you can get in good shape doing home exercise only. it really depends on what your goal is. passed a certain point, if you want to get stronger, i think the gym equipment starts to become needed (although you could also buy the equipment if you have the space)

I due upper body every other day and lower body the other days. I also do core type exercises each day. The only thing I haven't done yet is cardio.

It took me a month to actually get to the point where I could get through an entire workout without being tired. when I first started I could only do 10 pushups at a time for like 3 or 4 sets. Now I'm going 4 sets of 25 pushups and 4 sets of sit ups as a simply before I go to bed routine that's not even part of my regular workout.

you can attach some rings to your pull up bar for ring dips. they are great.
try ring assisted pistol squats. build up your strength and stability. eventually you wont need them.

try pull ups and dips with a dip belt.
planks are great for the core.

upright rows with bands are underrated :wow: they smoke your traps and even your lower neck.

get a medicine ball if you can. it'll make a huge difference when doing ab exercises.
