whats your budget? id go iPad if you want accessibility, just everything in your face.
id go galaxy tab s if you're a hardware slut...beautiful beautiful hardware but its android (the newest android actually isn't bad i admit). plus it has an IR blaster so you can control your tvs and cable boxes n shyt...also comes with a lot of great freebies
if you want EVERYTHING id go surface. not as sexy as galaxy tab s. not as many apps as iPad but its full windows...so...
if you want to be super cheap get the hp stream 7. full windows, comes with great freebies (1 year of office 365, 1tb onedrive). for $99. amazon gives you $25 for the microsoft app store on top of the other other freebies
if you go the windows route actually you have a lot of choices...
